Learn about the fuse box and relay layout for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter W901-W905 (1995-2005). Find diagrams, locations, and functions of each fuse and relay.
Mercedes-Benz produced the first generation Sprinter in the years 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005 in a variety of body types with the model numbers W901, W902, W903, W904, and W905. The model is modified twice during this time. You can find descriptions of the fuses and relays for the Mercedes Sprinter 1 in this post along with box diagrams, visual examples, and locations. Choose the fuses for the fuel pump and cigarette lighter.
The layout of the boxes and the functions of the components inside may not be exactly as shown; this will depend on the year your car is built as well as its level of equipment.
